Our Purpose
The Arizona Homicide Investigators Association shall initiate and sponsor a sound, statewide Homicide Association that promotes a constructive relationship between Homicide Investigators throughout the State of Arizona and Western United States. AHIA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
The Arizona Homicide Investigators Association uses various training opportunities throughout the year to provide a means for detectives, investigators, and the like to establish inter-agency cooperation and partnerships. As such, these training sessions not only provide highly technical, free, or low cost advanced training, but also provide a means for AHIA Members to foster inter-agency communication.

Welcome to the all-new Arizona Homicide Investigators Association website! We felt it was time for a makeover, and our site has undergone a complete redesign. Our latest feature includes a member portal, allowing you to monitor your membership.
The Arizona Homicide Investigators Association consists of officers, detectives, administrative experts, lab technicians, crime scene specialists, and prosecutors from across Arizona. For a modest membership fee, members receive access to four complimentary quarterly trainings per year, as well as reduced fees for a basic or advanced homicide school each year, and naturally, our annual conference held in Chandler, AZ.

Empowering Investigators
AHIA Training
AHIA members will receive up to four free training classes each year. We will offer these training events in various locations throughout the state of Arizona.
AHIA Membership
AHIA members is only $35 each year. As a member, you have access to a member portal to maintain your membership, which can auto-renew each year.
AHIA Conference
The AHIA Annual Conference is held in September each year in Chandler, AZ. This is four full days of quality training from instructors brought in from across the country.
